Pricing: - Properties up to 1500 sqft up to 2 min video which includes interior walkthrough, VoiceOver (if needed) and aerial drone footage. 25 professionally edited images of interior and exterior will be provided. $700 - Single Family homes up to 2500 sqft up to 2-3 min video which includes interior walkthrough, VoiceOver (if needed) and aerial drone footage. 35 professionally edited images of interior and exterior will be provided. $800 - Single Family homes larger than 2500 sqft 3-4 min video which includes interior walkthrough, VoiceOver (if needed) and aerial drone footage. 45 professionally edited images of interior and exterior will be provided. $900 - LISTING PHOTOS ONLY: Single Family Homes up to 2500 sq ft: 25-30 professionally edited images of interior and exterior will be provided. $250 Photos for properties over 2500 sq ft, pricing will range from $400-$700 depending on size. - Additional expenses billed at cost, such as extensive voiceover production, music licensing, actors' fees, etc. FYI, we do understand it real estate is a fast-paced market therefore, we have quick turnaround time of 48 hours!
