Pricing: - Condos up to 1500 sqft 2-4mins video which includes interior walkthrough, VoiceOver (if needed) and aerial drone footage. 10 professionally edited images of interior will be provided. $700 - Single Family homes up to 2500 sqft 2-4mins video which includes interior walkthrough, VoiceOver (if needed) and aerial drone footage. 10 professionally edited images of interior will be provided. $1150 - Single Family homes larger than 2500 sqft 3-6 min video which includes interior walkthrough, VoiceOver (if needed) and aerial drone footage. 10 professionally edited images of interior will be provided. $1500 - Additional expenses billed at cost, such as extensive voiceover production, music licensing, actors' fees, etc. FYI, we do understand it real estate is a fast-paced market therefore, we have quick turnaround time of 2-3 days!
